Investments

The Foundation's investments are primarily in pooled funds managed by investment portfolio managers. Presently those managers are SunTrust and 5/3 Bank. The Board of Directors have developed an Investment Policy Statement to assist them in effectively supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the investments of the Foundation. It outlines and prescribes an investment philosophy and defines the investment management procedures and long-term goals of the Foundation. The Foundation's Investment Policy Statement has been provided to each manager and they are expected to follow the procedures outlined therein.

Fees

The Foundation's administration fees for endowed funds are very competitive at 1.5% per year. There is a discretionary 3-5% fee for non-endowed arrangements.
